Our Doctors and Staff

Dr. Valley is a board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management specialist. After graduating medical school, Dr. Valley served in the Air Force, where he served eleven years, including a Fellowship in Pain Management at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore Maryland. He has practiced medicine for almost 40 years, the last 15 of which have been in the Johnson City area.

Ashley is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Nursing at ETSU and she earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing at King University. Ashley strives to create a safe environment for her patients to comfortably address their concerns and healthcare goals. She believes in empowering her patients, through both education and support, to help them achieve their own personal goals toward improving their health. Tn addition to her Nursing career, Ashley is a full time wife and mother; being blessed with four precious children, which keep her active in all aspects of her life.

Shapreesa Gallsher graduated in 2018 from Ross College Medical Information Billing and Office Administration Program and attained a Certified Billing and Coding Specialists Certification. She has worked for Imperial Pain Specialists since 2018. She believes in IPS's mission of helping our patients in any way possible with a friendly atmosphere, confidentiality, and a hope of creating a lasting and honest relationship.

Tashia is a Registered Medical Assistant with over 29 years in healthcare with experience in delivering quality care to patients. She is known for being a caring and reliable person with a reputation for building a strong rapport between the medical provider and patients. Tashia is committed to making patients more informed and comfortable during their visit.
